Once you have filled out the above form, I will be in contact with yourself if you are a new client to discuss prior to approving your appointment. I will then book you in for the desired date and time. Once you have confirmed with myself the date and time you are now booked in, if at any time up until 24 hours prior to your appointment you need to cancel or reschedule there will be no charge and your date can be changed with no issue. However, if you want to reschedule, cancel or miss your appointment I will require you be charged for this appointment plus the next appointment upon booking the new appointment.
